Ortonville Minnesota, Home of Hobo Soup

...And, perusing my big Map of Whats Large Where, Ortonville MN is already marked on my map - I've been there!  It's home to Paul Bunyan's anchor.

 

(which is a huge rock, put up in the air a bit with some industrial pilings, and a chain wrapped and welded around it with a hook on top...)

 

It's about 30 or so miles from Starbuck, which has a Hobo statue in its city park (in honor of the gentlemen of the rails) and is also the home of the World's Largest Lefse.
