Well, looks like a good two stories - which would be at least 20 feet tall, depending on how tall the building actually is. I'll have to gather facts when I visit - this was a reader tip.
And, your other question was "Is it real?"
Yes! It's a real building-shaped candle, and would most likely burn, but No! It's not made of wax and a wick.
