I just came across your website today.  I know of one not on your list...  BIG FOOT #5, the world's tallest, widest and heaviest pickup truck!!

 

We saw it in St. Louis - the home of BIG FOOT.

Thanks for the information!  St. Louis area certainly has a bunch of great oddities on the list - Vess Bottle, Set of Teeth, Bowling Pins, and Men's Underwear (at the City Museum)... I'll have to add Big Foot.
