Too much to say, but this is a fitting tribute published in the Houston Chronicle. The Rev. Tom Jones was curator of the Art Car Museum, and a good friend to all creatives that crossed his path. While closing up shop after another wonderful TX Art Car Weekend, a drunk driver hit a parked car, which in turn hit Tom and two other artists, killing Tom and injuring the other two. Memorials are springing up on all Art Car related sites, as well as an amazing set of remembrances on Paul McRae's Flickr page. I was stunned when I received the call, and can't imagine not seeing Tom's face again...
